  • 9:45am -11:30am

  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm 

  • 2:30pm - 4:00pm

 

Musician Payments:

Solo sets - $200  

Multi Player Band sets - $300

 

Venue:

Waterfront location in scenic downtown Bristol Harbor

This is an outdoor/open-air event

​

This is a RAIN or SHINE event, but we do not require musicians to play in the rain (please see for our weather cancellation policy)

 

This is an established and professionally managed public event, created to help support and bring small local businesses, artists, musicians and the community together in a fun and inclusive way 

 

We have live musicians playing all day at 2 separate locations on our festival route, at State Street and also at Rockwell Park


 

We provide a sound engineer and sound equipment at our main stage on State Street, unless you are notified otherwise. 

 

Rockwell Park does not have electricity, so we cannot provide a sound engineer at that location.

 

 

State Street Stage: is our main stage on the west end of lower State Street. It is an outdoor waterfront location, which hosts our multi-piece bands. It holds between 50-70 vendors on the street, and is flanked by multiple shops, restaurants, bars and an art gallery.

 

What we will provide @ State Street Stage:

  • Stage

  • Sound Engineer 

  • Electricity

  • Handicap Accessible bathrooms on-site

  • Handicapped parking will be available to vendors (reservation required)

  • Free Public Parking available to Musicians 

  • Special Musician Feature in all event advertisements 

 

 

State Street Musicians must provide their own:

●       Wi-Fi (if needed)

 

Rockwell Park Location: is our secondary location at Rockwell Park. It is an outdoor waterfront location inside of a grassy park. This area hosts our Soloist. It holds up to 25 vendors. There are restaurants and bars across the street. 

 

What we will provide @ Rockwell Park:

 

  •  Handicap Accessible bathrooms on-site

  • Handicapped parking will be available to vendors (reservation required)

  • Free Public Parking available to Musicians 

  • Special Musician Feature in all event advertisements 

 

Rockwell Musicians must provide their own:

●      Electricity source (i.e. Solar and/or Battery Operated)

●      Sound Equipment

●      Wi-Fi (if needed)

 

Advertising: We provide free event advertise for your band and our vendors. We market our events using our business website, professional media outlets, social media and physical postings all throughout Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts. 

 

Guest Counts: We are a well-established public event which is growing in size and popularity every year. Our average foot traffic ranges between 1500-3000 guests per event, depending on the quality of the weather during the event.
