Payment Agreement: The above agreed fee will be paid in full by check, after the completion of the agreed set duration. I will provide the event coordinator with the "payable to" information, including pay to name, a mailing address and contact phone number, prior to the event date. If I fail to do so, my check may not be available the day of the event and will be mailed to me at the address I provided. This fee will not be paid for no-shows or for breach of this contract. (See cancellation policies below)
-
Musician Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are at the discretion of the organizer. We agree to respect your valued time and will communicate any reasons that may require the cancellation of your booking, and to do so within a reasonable amount of time. If management is required to cancel your agreed set within 24 hours of the event, we agree to pay you in full for your set.
-
Rain Policy: This is a rain or shine event. In the event of reported and/or possible rain showers, we ask all musicians to arrive for their agreed set times, unless directed otherwise by event coordinators. Your safety is our top priority. We will not require musicians to play in the rain or in any weather deemed unsafe to their persons or equipment. If your set is cancelled the day of, or during your set, we will pay you in full for your set.
-
Severe Weather Cancellation Policy: Your safety is our top priority. If we are forced to cancel due to reported severe weather (i.e.: hurricane, extreme wind, hail, flood conditions), we will notify you within 48 hours of the event. Please note, we DO NOT pay musicians for Severe Weather Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
-
Musician Equipment Agreement: This is an outdoor event, with no cover over the stage. We ask the musicians to safely secure all equipment to assure the safety of yourself and the vendors/guests. I agree that if I fail to do so, I assume all responsibility for all damages caused to myself and my equipment. We will not require you to play in unsafe conditions.
-
Musical Content Agreement: This is a family friendly public event, so we require your content to remain “rated PG”. Please refrain from swearing, hate speech or making derogatory comments. Please keep your volume to a level in which guests are able to communicate with our vendors. Sound Management will monitor and implement required sound levels. Event Management reserves the right to ask you to reduce your volume as needed. Failure to follow these requirements may result in ending your set early. I understand that I will not receive the agreed fee if I am asked to leave for content violations.
-
Musician Conduct Agreement: All performers must be polite and respectful to all event staff and guests. Open use of any illegal substances is forbidden. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the event for not meeting these agreed terms. I understand that I will not receive the agreed fee if I am asked to leave for misconduct violations.
-
Musician Arrival Agreement: I will arrive thirty minutes before my assigned Set Time, which is listed above. I understand that late arrivals exceeding the start of the agreed set time, may result in termination of future bookings with this event coordinator. I agree to report directly to the onsite Sound Engineer and/or the Event Coordinator upon arrival. Parking and set up instructions will be provided by the onsite Sound Engineer. I understand that there is no vehicle access on the festival route after 9:00am.
