Location Notes:
This event will be weather contingent; cancellation will be dependent upon the status of the Bristol town tree lighting; if cancelled the State Street Holiday Fair will be postponed to the same day as the tree lighting.
No access to electricity or wi-fi
Vendor's will be assigned to one 10'x10' space, per registration- vendors may register for up to 3- spaces
Vendors will be assigned to Vendor locations that cannot be changed after vendor map is released.

NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND FOR ANY REASONS WILL BE GRANTED IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO PARTICPATE IN THE STATE STREET HOLIDAY FAIR. ONLY REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR THOSE VENDORS WHO DO NOT GET ACCEPTED TO PARTICPATE.

Please read this section completely, and agree to the terms and agreements before pressing the submit button. This is a contract which confirms that you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms below.
Failure to agree and follow these required terms can result in the termination of your participation in this event and in future events.
Registration Payment: I understand that my $150 table fee must be paid in full at the time of application submission. If the fee is not paid at the time of submission, my application will be flagged as incomplete and will not be registered until it is paid in full. This fee is non-refundable for approved applications. Denied applications will receive a full refund minus the processing fee of $5.00
Weather Contingent Event: I understand that this event is weather-contingent and cancellation is dependent upon the Bristol Town Tree Lighting. The rain date of the State Street Vendor Fair will coincide with the rain date of the Bristol Town Tree Lighting (TBD). We do not refund vendors who choose to cancel for weather related reasons. If vendor chooses to cancel due to severe weather and chooses not to participate in rain date, registration fee will be applied to any 2026 State Street Fair.
Severe Weather Policy: If we are forced to cancel due to reported severe weather, we will notify all vendors within 48 hours of the event. (Vendors are refunded for severe weather cancellations only). Refunds will be issued (WITH A TRANSACTION FEE OF $5.00), or you can choose to transfer your payment, in the form of a credit towards another State Street event.
Vendor Cancellation Policy: I understand that I will not be refunded for my table fee if I cancel. My paid table fee can be credited towards another 2026 State Street event only, and at the discretion of event organizers.
Vendor Equipment Agreement: I will safely secure my tent and station with the required equipment listed above , to assure the safety of myself and the vendors/guests around me. If I fail to do so, I assume all responsibility for all damages caused to myself and my products and related damages if asked to do so by the affected parties.
Rhode Island State Sales Permit Agreement: I understand it is the responsibility of all vendors to research and precure the appropriate licensing per the State of Rhode Island’s Sales Tax guidelines. I understand it is the seller’s responsibility to verify tax exemption and-or licensing requirements.
Vendor Conduct Agreement: I will be polite and respectful to all event staff, fellow vendors and guests. Event Management reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the event for not following professional conduct, which is at Management’s discretion. I understand that I will not receive a refund for my table fee if I am asked to leave for misconduct and that I may be banned from all future events.
Vendor Load-in Agreement: I will show up at my assigned load-in time and only set up at my assigned location provided to me prior to the event, unless directed otherwise by event coordinators. I understand that failure to show up on time may result in being reassigned to another location, not having vehicle access to unload my set or my reservation may be cancelled without a refund. I agree to unload my set and move my vehicle immediately. I understand that there is no vehicle access on State Street after 9:00am.
